- Impersonate Lucid Crew, one of our employees, one of our clients, or another person or organization.
- Use website content in a manner that infringes the rights of Lucid Crew or another party.
We may restrict or terminate access to the website if we reasonably believe someone is using it improperly or unlawfully.
2. Our Services
Information presented on lucidcrew.com describes services that Lucid Crew may offer, including web design, website development, digital marketing, search marketing, content creation, consulting, hosting, video marketing, advertising, branding, technology services, and related work.
Website content does not constitute a binding offer to perform services.
Any services provided to a client may be governed by a separate proposal, service agreement, statement of work, order, contract, or other written agreement.
If a separate written agreement between Lucid Crew and a client conflicts with these Terms concerning the services covered by that agreement, the separate written agreement will control.
3. No Guarantee of Marketing Results
Marketing, advertising, website development, search visibility, content marketing, social media, and related services are affected by many factors outside Lucid Crew’s control.
Lucid Crew does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic levels, leads, sales, revenue, conversion rates, advertising results, social media reach, or other business outcomes unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Search engines, social media platforms, advertising platforms, artificial intelligence platforms, hosting providers, software companies, and other third parties may change their systems, policies, algorithms, pricing, features, or availability at any time.
Lucid Crew is not responsible for changes made by these third parties.

You may view and use the website for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, or commercially exploit Lucid Crew content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
All trademarks, service marks, business names, logos, and branding displayed on the website remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Client Work and Portfolio Materials
Lucid Crew may display examples of completed work, screenshots, publicly available website materials, logos, testimonials, project descriptions, or other materials relating to projects we have worked on.
Ownership and usage rights concerning client deliverables are governed by the applicable client agreement.
Nothing in these Terms changes intellectual property rights established by a separate written agreement between Lucid Crew and a client.
6. Information You Send to Us
You may provide information to Lucid Crew through contact forms, email, support requests, consultations, or other communications.
You represent that you have the right to provide any information or materials you send to us.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, contract, partnership, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, or other professional relationship unless Lucid Crew separately agrees to such a relationship.
Please do not send confidential information through general website forms unless requested by Lucid Crew.
7. Feedback and Suggestions
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations regarding Lucid Crew’s website or services, we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
This provision does not transfer ownership of confidential client materials or intellectual property governed by a separate written agreement.
8. Third Party Websites and Services
The website may contain links to websites, applications, platforms, software, or services operated by third parties.
Lucid Crew does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, privacy practices, policies, products, or services.
A link from lucidcrew.com to another website does not necessarily mean Lucid Crew endorses that website or its contents.
Your use of third party services is subject to the terms and policies established by those providers.
9. Website Availability
We work to maintain the website, but we do not guarantee that lucidcrew.com will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software changes, hosting issues, security concerns, technical problems, third party services, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any portion of the website at any time.
10. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the website useful and current. However, website content may occasionally contain outdated information, typographical errors, omissions, technical inaccuracies, or information that is no longer applicable.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether information obtained through the website is appropriate for your particular situation.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
LUCID CREW DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT THOSE WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE ERROR FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR THAT EVERY PIECE OF INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT.
Some jurisdictions may not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those circumstances, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUCID CREW AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE.
THIS INCLUDES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
If Lucid Crew is found liable for a claim arising solely from your use of the public lucidcrew.com website and that claim is not governed by a separate client agreement, Lucid Crew’s total liability will not exceed $100 or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Claims arising from paid services provided by Lucid Crew may be subject to separate liability provisions contained in the applicable service agreement.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucid Crew, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and reasonable attorney fees resulting from:
- Your unlawful use of the website.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Content or materials you submit through the website.
- Your infringement of another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify Lucid Crew for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
14. Privacy
Your use of the website may involve the collection or processing of information about you.
Our collection and use of personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms of Service.
15. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content appearing on lucidcrew.com infringes a copyright you own or control, please contact Lucid Crew with sufficient information for us to identify the material and review your request.
Your notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the basis for your claim.
16. Security
You may not attempt to bypass, disable, interfere with, test without authorization, or compromise security measures associated with lucidcrew.com or systems connected to the website.
Unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access may result in suspension of access and may be reported to appropriate authorities where warranted.
17. Changes to These Terms
Lucid Crew may revise these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date appearing at the top of this page.
The version posted on lucidcrew.com will govern use of the website from its effective date forward.
Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to a separately executed client agreement must be made according to the terms of that agreement.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising solely from the use of lucidcrew.com and not governed by a separate written agreement will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, subject to any jurisdictional or venue requirements imposed by applicable law.
If you have a separate written agreement with Lucid Crew containing dispute resolution, venue, governing law, arbitration, mediation, or similar provisions, those provisions will control for disputes arising from that agreement.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or removed if necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
20. No Waiver
Lucid Crew’s decision not to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver is effective only when made in writing by an authorized representative of Lucid Crew.
21. Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Lucid Crew.
Lucid Crew may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, corporate restructuring, or transfer of its business.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Lucid Crew concerning your use of the public website.
These Terms do not replace a separately executed client agreement, proposal, statement of work, hosting agreement, marketing agreement, or other contract between Lucid Crew and a client.
